Elena is chair of the Cooper Group. She handed the company over to her husband, Dalton. Elena returns to board of directors after a 5-year absence, but no one at the company recognizes her anymore. Elena is met with a workplace full of gossip, bullying, and rumors. Many speculate that "Dalton's wife" is some old hag. Flora, Dalton's secretary, has repeatedly, unsuccessfully tried to seduce him.
